After returning three days later to sample the menudo at Pacific Cafe, it was a delightful experience for the whole family. The only variation from before was the absence of free refills on horchata, as now it came at an additional cost of $1.50 per refill. I resolved to inquire about this beforehand in the future. This compact eatery brimmed with delectable flavors - personally, I adored their Portobello Chicken Sandwich!

Came back 3 days later to try the menudo, and YUM!! My whole family enjoyed what they ordered. The only difference between 3 days ago and now is that there was free refills on the horchata then and now, it was $1.50 for a refill. I will ask before hand next time.This little place packed a lot of flavor. I absolutely loved my Portobello Chicken Sandwich! I went with my colleagues, and they loved their meals as well. The Horchata was delicious, free refills and was only $2.99! I checked the menu and they have Menudo on Saturdays. I asked if it comes with harmony, and they said yes, it is optional. I am definitely coming back! Will take pictures of the menu next time.

Had the pastrami sandwich, and it was okay. I felt the pastrami could have been sliced a lot thinner, which would have made the sandwich 5 star. When the pastrami is sliced thick, it makes the meat a bit tough.
I tried this cafe for the first time with 2 friends. We all enjoyed our sandwiches and took half home. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and food great. We also liked the decor.
