I appreciate the speed and efficiency of this car rental company. The attendants were kind and spoke English well.The promotional car rental prices are the best that I have found here in Pattaya.Thank you SPS!

Note! Take extra careful video and photos of the car you are about to rent. Every part of it!From us sps tried to take 1000b fine for an old scratch on plastic (something like this they can fix with 10b white paint). They backed down when we had a video to prove it was not our mistake. Car had so many old scratches so it was only a matter of time what sps tried to poor to us.One other thing they like to do, as someone else mentioned earlier: they give car with 90% tank gas. Why is this? Let me tell you: Then they can charge 300b fine when customer returns it with little bit less gas. So, either you return with full tank or pay the fine if you don't fill the tank exactly 90%. Anyway sps wins. Smart or scam?Our car was an older model with many scratches and noisy brakes. Usb did not work. Other than that it ran smoothly and rental price was cheap.Deposit needed to be paid to private person's bank account, i have never seen this before.All and all, i can not really recommend this company, just save yourself from the headache and use more big and reliable companies like Hertz.And you sps, stop this what you do about scratches and gas, that's just pathetic. I promised you 1 star review but you can have 2 because you backed down with your stupid fines.

Smooth transaction with Ning. Just picked up my bike. Easy and honest. I'm satisfied with my bike rental. Getting a car next. Thank you. Will keep everyone up to date. By the way they will deliver your rental to you so you don't have to waste time and money going there.

I have been renting cars from them from last 3 years and till date no problem or any sort of disagreement happened.. well maintained cars, exclusive nominal price and seriously guys they are very flexible and can adjust according to your need

I have used SPS Car rental on my last visit to Pattay during October 2018 and I received a great service from the staff and with a simple enquiry tel call I got everything arranged.The car was delivered and picked up to/from my hotel.We had little accident in the car and the dealt with it professionally.The received the car from took it to check the repair which was to me is reasonably done and in no time on the same day refunded me with deposit balance amount.So great and will always use them for my future travel to pattaya .Good car for a reasonable price with no limited mileage
