As soon as you appear in the courtyard, head over to your right and up the steps to the porch. Right in front of you should be a ladder. Jump up and climb the ladder to the roof. Ahead of you, near the brick wall is a trap door. Open it and jump down into the hole. Crouch down and work your way through the passageway, and then climb up the ladder in the corner of the room.
You'll end up on a platform in between two buildings. See that zipline headed for the burning building? Yes, that's right, you're gonna have to grab that and slide down into the building. Once you land in the room, head over to the right and open the door. Step into the room straight ahead of you to set off the pre-scripted scene, and then make your way down the hallway. Enter the room on your left to make your way past the fire, and head for the stairwell.
When you reach the bottom, enter the doorway that leads to the hallway with the burning floor. What do you do whenever you see a burning floor? You jump up and grab the pipe above you of course! After shimmying your way over the busted floor, head to your left to the doorway. In the upper left-hand corner of the room is a doorway you can go through. Go through this door, as well as the one immediately to your right.
You should be at another stairwell. Head up the stairs and out the door into the hallway. Go through the door on the left side and talk to the dying contact lying by the fire. After you're done, open the door to your right and equip your gun. Shoot out the skylight in the room directly across from you to let all the smoke out of the room. After the smoke has cleared, open the door on the right wall and save your game.
Open the door and head over to the break in the fence. You can shoot out the light in the ceiling to keep things dark, but it's not necessary. Remember, whenever you are running around, always try to be crouching. It really helps cut down on the noise you make. Anyways, as I was saying, once you get to the break in the fence, jump over to the balcony right across from you and start moving to your right, towards the plant-covered fence. There's a guy on the other side of this fence so be bewy, bewy qwiet.
Duck down and shoot the guy who was talking on his phone. Shoot him in the head for a quick kill. Right after you take him out, aim for the door of the house. Someone will open the door and come out to investigate. Stay in your position and try to kill this guard as soon as he opens the door. You could try and knock out the cell phone guy, but the other guard will always come out and see you, so just kill them. Also, you can shoot out the lights in front of the house if you want, but as long as you take him out quickly, there's really no point.
Head into the house and interact with the computer immediately to your left. You will pick up a data stick with an email on it. Make your way through the house and stop by the bathroom to pick up the med kit. Next, head to the messy room in the back and interact with painting on the same wall as the doorway. Use the computer to pick up another data stick. After the pre-scripted conversation is over, head over to the keypad by the closed door. The code is 091772.
Head out the door and look to your left. See that zipline above your head? You know what to do whenever you see one of those, right? Crawl onto the balcony ledge so you can get enough height when you jump to reach line. After you've made it to the roof, open the door that's on your left and look at the wire holding the elevator. Jump forward to grab it and then slide all the way down to top of the elevator. Under you is a trapdoor you must open. After opening it, hop down and walk into the next room.
Since you are the master of unlocking, walk over to the door and use your lock pick to get the door open. After you've unlocked the door, shoot out the light directly above the doorway, and the one on the wall around the corner. The light around the corner is really bright, so finding the bulb may be a little difficult. If you look closely, you can see a small fixture where the bulb is attached. Use this as a guide for finding the light bulb.
Now slowly head down the stairs and find a can on the right side of staircase. Pick up the can and throw it down the staircase to attract one of the two guards to the staircase under the colored lights. Move behind the tree then sneak up behind him and knock him out with a quick elbow to the head. Grab another can (there are two beside the stairs) and do the same for the next guard. Make sure you move the first body away from the staircase before attempting to lure the second guard. If the second guard sees it, he'll call for help.
